Will Coleman is a senior technical sourcer/recruiter with over 13 years of recruitment experience. After starting out in the agency space for a few years Will felt he could provide a better service to companies by opening up his own agency in 2012.

Since then it has been a mix of multiple clients (pure agency work) along with the opportunity to be a contract resource for many top companies on a 1-1 basis such as Instacart, Coinbase and DoorDash working with both US & Canada clients.

While working on the contingency side Will is involved in the entire recruitment process. From the initial consultation with employers to sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants, and negotiating compensation packages.

Speaking with 1000s of applicants over the past decade Will constantly acts as a resource for candidates in helping them with their next amazing career opportunity, highly devoted to the candidate experience.
